Manual Adhesion Release (MAR)

Manual Adhesion Release is a hands on therapy that generates tension directly on adhesion and soft tissue restrictions to reduce and/or eliminate it completely. This is the most effective form of hands on, manual treatment to treat soft tissue adhesion or scar tissue.

Shockwave Therapy

Shock wave technology is a non-invasive, research-backed treatment solution that utilizes high-energy acoustic (sound) waves to send pulses to afflicted tissue.  Gentle on tissue, this treatment helps to alleviate pain on a long-term basis.  Clinically proven to be effective for many tendon, ligament, cartilage, and muscle conditions or injuries.

Instrument Adhesion Release (IAR)

Instrument Adhesion Release (IAR) is the best Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization instrument in existence today for breaking down adhesion and soft tissue restrictions.  IAR has replaced all other instrument assisted treatments since 2011 and is an effect tool for when manual adhesion release is not enough or shockwave treatments are not appropriate.

Do you take insurance?

Insurance companies in Western New York are unfortunately restrictive, only covering “traditional” chiropractic care. They don’t cover the innovative, highly specialized treatments Dr.’s Zelasko and McCrea have trained an additional 600+ hours for, in order to be able to provide to you. There are no doctors in Western New York that participate with insurance and provide this modern type of care.  If they say they do the same thing and except your insurance, they are flat out lying to you.

Because we believe in providing PROVEN, LONG-LASTING, and SUPERIOR results for patients, and we aren’t limited by what insurance companies will cover, we provide patients with the highest value in non-surgical care available.

How much does treatment cost?

Your first appointment at Prime Spine Associated will consist of a thorough history and comprehensive examination.  Here, one of our doctors will diagnose your problem, determine if our treatments can help, and provide insight into how many treatments will be needed.

Treatments are $59 each, with most patients requiring an average of 12 treatments visits.  That being said, patients typically feel decreased symptoms in just 2-3 visits.

Payment plans are available if you need extended time to pay.

With our modern approach to patient care, patients actually save time and money, and see better results, than when they’ve visited other healthcare providers in the past.

There is nothing more expensive than treatment that doesn’t fix your pain.

How many treatments will it take to fix my injury?

Based on your presenting condition/problem, treatment can consist of care 1-2 times a week over a 1-3 month period. We will be focused on correcting the muscle, joint, and/or nerve dysfunctions,  while also reducing your pain.

Our goal is to not only get rid of your pain, but to restore and maintain your long term health.

Treatment visits are spread out over time to allow your injury to properly heal between treatments, which leads to long-term sustainable results.

What should I expect at my first appointment?

Your first appointment at Prime Spine Associates consists of a complete history and comprehensive examination, performed by one of our Elma Soft Tissue Specialists, Dr. Brian A. Zelasko  and/or Dr. Adam M. McCrea.

With the support of a clinical assistant, Dr.’s Zelasko and McCrea will take you through a complete biomechanical evaluation. This will allow them to both diagnose your individual, underlying muscle, joint and/or nerve condition, and identify the precise treatment that will best solve your case.
