Health Insurance in New York State does NOT reimburse for the high quality soft tissue treatment provided in our office. If you choose to see an Orchard Park Chiropractor that accepts your insurance, you will still be responsible for paying for good quality soft tissue care in addition to your copay.
If that provider is not charging you for their soft tissue care, you can be absolutely certain they are not providing you with top notch quality treatment. Soft tissue treatment is a serious art and takes many years of intense training to be able to deliver effectively.
Dr. Zelasko has been the exclusive soft tissue provider for the Buffalo Bills since 2010 because of his extensive knowledge, dedication, and training to being excellent at his work.
Don’t settle for inferior treatment just to save a few bucks. This will lead to additional costs down the road. Quality of care should come before what your insurance company dictates you can receive. After all, when was the last time someone from your insurance company helped relieve your pain?
Insurance / Managed Care Plans Accepted:
- Fee for Service (payment is due when services are rendered)
- Medicare – manipulation only
- Personal Injury/No Fault with Auto Insurance
As you are most likely already aware, today’s health insurance industry is in desperate need of help. When a doctor chooses to become a “provider” for a specific insurance company, the doctor needs to sacrifice the level of care they deliver to their patients to be in compliance with what that insurance company dictates.
The insurance company has different GOALS than we do here at Zelasko Soft Tissue & Spine. Your insurance company’s overall goal is to save money by denying your treatment.
Our goal is to do what is best for our patients, and keep your best interest at heart. For these reasons, we are not providers for any insurance companies and do not bill insurance companies. However, as many doctors are doing these days, we supply you with a “superbill” that contains all the pertinent information needed to submit directly to your insurance company.
All you need to do is attach it to one of your insurance company forms (we supply you with this on your first visit) and send it off in the mail. Once your insurance company processes your claim, you will be reimbursed directly according to their reimbursement scale.
Our focus is strictly on what our patients need, we refuse to lower our standards for any insurance company.
